Responsibilities
Assist in meeting/exceeding KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, maintenance.
Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
Work with Operations Supervisor for workload distribution.
Collaborate with inventory department for order resolution.
Interact with customers for order updates.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Perform other assigned duties.
