Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting/exceeding KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Work with Operations Supervisor for workload distribution.
• Collaborate with inventory department for order resolution.
• Interact with customers for order updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other assigned duties.
