Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI goals for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load statuses.
• Distribute workload with Operations Supervisor and manage WMS on the floor.
• Coordinate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
