Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with common hand tools and measurement devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports management in addressing vacations, illnesses, outages and shifting production priorities.
• Provides regular feedback on line performance and suggests efficiency improvements.
• Focuses on volume targets, high efficiency and on-time delivery of products.
• Assists in allocating resources, coordinating shift orders and executing work plans.
• Acts as a shift leader to resolve issues and support operations in real time.
