Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management in staffing movements for vacations, illnesses, and machine outages.
• Provide regular feedback on line performance and address critical issues in real time.
• Coordinate shift orders and resources to ensure on-time delivery and efficient production.
• Act as shift leader to resolve technical and quality issues and support cross-line collaboration.
