Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) seeks a Team Lead to supervise daily production on the Bear Creek floor. You will lead a hands-on team, enforce safety, quality and efficiency, and drive reliable output through strong supervision.

Work closely with the Production Supervisor, monitor line performance, address issues in real time, ensure SOP adherence, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and containment of downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP principles and quality systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and support production team members in daily food manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficientoutput.
• Monitor production line performance, address issues in real time, and support adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Review SOPs, assist with troubleshooting, communicate process adjustments, and verify production outputs.
• Enforce food safety, quality and safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain production records, support shift communication, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
