Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Site Operations for the 1st shift in Locust Grove, GA. You’ll lead warehouse functions including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving and inventory control to ensure smooth operations for global customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain or warehousing and 5+ years in management, with proficiency in MS Office and WMS. The role requires flexibility for overtime and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a supply chain, warehousing or distribution environment.
• 5 years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, ensuring safe, clean and efficient performance.
• Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff with HR collaboration.
• Maintain work schedules and assignments.
• Ensure time and attendance is tracked and approved.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment utilization.
• Maintain 7S Workplace Organization and safety procedures.
• Manage stock levels and supply chain metrics.
• Ensure compliance with contract metrics and quality systems.
• Focus on productivity, quality and safety for customers.
