Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations for 1st shift in Locust Grove, GA to oversee daily operations at a national returns processing and outbound order preparation center.

You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, optimize processes with Lean methodologies, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining safety and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of national returns processing and outbound order preparation.
• Supervise, motivate, coach and train warehouse associates; implement performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Handle inventory control processes.
• Drive quality operations through Lean methodologies and KPI-focused leadership.
• Lead the operations team to meet lead time requirements and improve safety, quality and cost.
