H3 Manufacturing Group, LLC is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Schaumburg, IL for a full-time 1st shift (6:00am-4:30pm). The role focuses on managing inbound and outbound shipments with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include staging materials, moving parts, verifying travelers, and operating forklifts/pallet jacks to maintain production flow. ITAR-related access may apply; candidates must be U.S. Persons.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to stage materials at workstations.
• Safely move raw and finished parts to next location or department.
• Review travelers to determine material routing.
• Load/unload raw materials from vendor trucks as needed.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in the shop.
• Record quantities of materials received, moved, or distributed.
• Stage materials line-side to keep machining centers supplied.
