Job summary

Surestaff, LLC is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for 2nd shift in Bartlett, IL. You will manage shipments, receive goods, track inventory, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse using ERP systems.

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months in logistics or related fields, forklift certification within 90 days, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience in logistics, retail, or customer service.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of entry date.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service, service providers, and others involved in shipments.
• Track, trace, and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workspace.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and stock receivables.
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and scan inventory.
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Understand BOLs and packing lists.
• Update information in ERP system.
• Provide backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
