Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is seeking a Maintenance A- First Shift professional to perform a broad range of facility, grounds and mechanical system maintenance at Richfield STEM Elementary School. The role ensures a safe, presentable, comfortable and functional learning and living environment for students and staff.

Scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the position offers a pay rate of $24.05 to $29.07 per hour based on education and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package available to

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Class 1C boilers license with the ability to increase licensure annually until the Chief C level is achieved at the District, secondary and elementary levels.
• Class 2C boilers license with the ability to increase licensure annually until the Chief C level is achieved.
• Valid MN driver’s license and a driving record that meets or exceeds District written standards.
• Appropriate bus driver's licensure for assigned bus driver responsibilities.
• State of Minnesota Pool Certification at buildings where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair responsibilities for school facilities, grounds and mechanical systems as scheduled or required to maintain a safe, presentable, comfortable, and functional environment for students, staff and visitors.
