Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join the RF microelectronics manufacturing team. You will perform visual inspections across precap, final, MMIC and wire bond processes, and maintain accurate data entry and documentation.

You will read and interpret prints and source control drawings, and work with MIL-STD and IPC standards. US citizenship is required; 1st shift, regular duties with potential for training and growth within a global leader in semiconductors.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• High School Diploma required
• Microelectronics training/experience preferred
• Optical microscopy inspection experience required (majority of time)
• Bond pull/die shear gauge experience
• Go/No-Go gauge experience
• SAP ERP experience preferred
• EMPOWER Document Control database experience preferred
• Internal P10N04 inspection procedure training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections across precap, final, MMIC and wire bond inspections
• Accurately enter and review data and maintain documentation
• Read and interpret prints/Source Control Drawings (SCDs)
• Familiar with MIL-STDs and IPC standards for PCAs and assemblies
• Support package inspection and die/shear testing as needed
