Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours daily.
• Prior retread experience preferred.
• Must adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Visually and electronically inspect tires and repair injuries; fill with extrusion gum.
• Buffing old tread, apply new tread compound, operate tire x-ray machine and curing chamber.
• Use computer-based tracking system throughout production.
• Maintain inventory levels and use automated inventory-scanning features.
