A leading tire manufacturer in Chino, CA is seeking a Production Associate: Retread Tire Technician to support the retread process. You will inspect, buff, repair, and build tires, ensuring quality through various stages of production. The role requires basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment / General Labor / Entry Level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the tires to assess if they can be retread.
• Buff the casing to remove any worn tread.
• Repair the casing before applying new tread.
• Build the tire by applying new tread.
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application.
• Final inspection to ensure product quality.
