Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Mechanical inspection, First Article Inspection and Final Inspection.
• Capable of AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Proficient with interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; knowledge of Zeiss CMM and Calypso.

Responsibilities

• Identify workmanship or process problems and determine acceptance, rejection or rework.
• Perform visual inspections with accuracy to verify physical properties.
• Verify build and test manufacturing process completion.
• Communicate errors and trends to the quality organization.
• Enter data into software tools.
