Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure products, processes, and documentation meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll work with manufacturing and quality personnel to identify issues and maintain accurate records to keep operations compliant and safe.

You will inspect incoming components, perform in-process testing, conduct release testing, and initiate nonconformances when deviations occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Understanding of regulated industry and GMPs (FDA, ISO:13485, MDSAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document incoming production components (tubes, bottles, film, syringe parts).
• Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing (fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, visual inspections).
• Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced items per procedures.
• Collect samples for outsourced testing and approve labels for production.
• Initiate nonconformances when defects or deviations are found.
• Ensure all GMPs are followed and assist with facility inspections.
• Maintain quality department equipment and promote a quality-first mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
