Job summary

Hardinger Warehousing is seeking a Quality Control Team Member (Assembly & Kitting) to inspect finished kits and ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. You will work at the end of the production line in a fast-paced warehouse setting, collaborating with assembly teams to catch and correct issues.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to SOPs. Forklift experience is a plus, and excellent teamwork is essential to keep output high and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, assembly, manufacturing, or quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow work instructions, specifications, and SOPs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% inspections of finished kits prior to sealing.
• Verify part accuracy, quantities, placement, and configuration.
• Identify defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances before products reach the customer.
• Ensure all packaging, labeling, and presentation requirements are met.
