Job summary

Deerfield Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assemble tool kits and prepare them for delivery. You will read order contents, select correct packaging, label tools, and stack finished kits for shipping.

You will follow SOPs, participate in training, and work closely with others in a manufacturing setting while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. High school diploma required; prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with accuracy.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and PPE compliance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits based on order contents and prepare for delivery.
• Label tools and package kits in correct boxes.
• Stack finished kits onto pallets and prepare for shipping.
• Read shop prints and match specifications to tools.
• Maintain SOPs and assist in training new employees.
