Sargento Foods Inc. is seeking a first shift production support role in Wisconsin. You will ensure the production line has the necessary materials and equipment to fulfill orders in a timely manner while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

Applicants should be reliable, able to work in a team or independently, and willing to obtain forklift certification. The role involves working with state-of-the-art automated equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs in a refrigerated environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required or near completion within 12 months.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work safely as part of a team to produce quality Sargento products.
• Read and understand production orders to verify information is correct.
• Communicates effectively and accurately.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Be dependable and prideful in teamwork.
• Assist with setup and placement of production equipment.
• Operate alongside state-of-the-art automated equipment.
• Use cleaning chemicals to sanitize and clean equipment and production areas.
