Job summary

Camaco LLC is seeking a 2nd shift production supervisor to lead a team on the plant floor. You will direct production activities, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and delivery adherence while communicating with all levels of the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in automotive manufacturing, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Overtime and weekend work as needed, on-site shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manages a group of employees, oversees work activities and communication.
• Ensures effective employee relations and coaching and development.
• Schedules work, assists with employee selection, reviews performance and administers work rules.
• Responsible for productivity and quality management within the jobs span of control.
• Maintains adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Analyzes production records and identifies process improvements.
• Oversees training schedules and ensures open communication between staff and management.
• Maintains a clean and safe plant environment.
