SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Sumner, WA site. The role oversees daily production activities, coaching staff, and coordinating with logistics, engineering, and management to meet schedules and quality goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, familiarity with lean practices, and ERP systems. The position offers full-time hours, strong benefits, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge related to manufacturing.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate employees to improve safety, on-time delivery, quality and waste reduction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a diverse workforce.
• Clear, proactive leadership and management of the assigned team.
• Prior experience supervising medium to large production teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production team members daily, including assignment of duties and coaching.
• Coordinate production activities with external customers and internal departments (logistics, engineering, management).
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and safety guidelines to workers.
• Promote flow of products and information to internal and external customers.
• Lead communications with team to improve performance and reduce waste.
