Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organize daily production department activities.
• Direct and assign production team tasks.
• Monitor progress and report on team performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, engineering and other shifts.
• Promote flow and information to customers.
• Identify problems and implement root-cause fixes.
• Coach and develop team members; train on company standards.
• Implement 5S and reduce workplace variation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure goals are met and provide feedback.
