Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory responsibilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus; familiarity with production systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment in line with OSHA and Hubbell standards.
• Oversee personnel, safety, productivity, quality and on‑time delivery for the shift.
• Lead staffing, training, performance reviews and shift supervision; monitor attendance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and scheduling to ensure production priorities are met.
