Job summary

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to coach and manage teams toward production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, safe work practices, and hazard identification.
• Experience managing employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by promoting, enforcing, and modeling compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Supervise and direct daily production team activities to meet objectives.
• Minimize downtime and drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Manage attendance, performance, accountability, and development.
• Support overall factory operations and ensure production goals are achieved.
