Job summary

SMC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead planning, organizing, staffing, and controlling the Production Department in support of the Indianapolis Factory Mission.

Responsibilities include ensuring daily orders are completed, leading corrective action meetings, and developing process improvements while maintaining safety and ISO compliance. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English and a degree in industrial supervision with manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial supervision or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and proficient in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and teamwork.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead daily operations and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, lead, and control the Production Department.
• Ensure daily completion of scheduled orders.
• Enter productivity/quality data for tracking.
• Lead meetings to address corrective actions and quality issues.
• Prepare reports on department performance.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with related departments and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise cleanroom operations and ensure ISO compliance.
