Job summary

Ferrara Candy Co. in California is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly employees and execute production and logistics plans on the assigned shift, including warehouse, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise production lines, ensure compliance with FDA guidelines, GMPs, HACCP/SQF, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with cross-functional teams across the site in Fairfield, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience in GMP principles and food manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of production and logistics plans through operators and hourly labor.
• Provide leadership for shift change, daily production standards, and labor reconciliation.
• Operate production lines in accordance with FDA guidelines, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF programs.
• Develop employees to ensure compliance, quality, and safety.
