BY Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for a global, ISO-certified manufacturing facility in Denver. Lead a 10-18 person team on first shift, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating tool installation, assembly and repair.

Requirements include 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing, 1+ year supervising, a HS diploma, clear communication, and Excel proficiency. On-site in Denver with a 6:00–2:30 schedule; base salary $90,000–$100,000 plus 5–8% annual

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Supervising production staff or teams.
• Strong computer literacy and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach 10-18 production team members; handle performance reviews, attendance and overtime.
• Build a strong safety culture through training, daily safety observations and audits in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Run daily quality audits and drive quality issues to closure in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Track safety, quality and on-time delivery KPIs, and keep production documentation accurate.
• Oversee a precision tool area where tools are built and repaired, reading blueprints.
