Oberto Snacks Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift Processing & Sausage Production Team and drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, uphold HACCP/GMP/SSOP standards, optimize labor and downtime, and partner with Maintenance, Quality and Operations to resolve issues quickly. This is a key leadership role in a growing operation offering new challenges, professional development, and a path to broader leadership

Formación

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in food or meat manufacturing.
• Proven ability to build structure, accountability, and team performance.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and OSHA standards.
• Experience managing labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational metrics.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Champion a Safety-First culture and enforce all safety procedures.
• Lead production activities from the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards.
• Manage production results, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory, and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement, sanitation, and equipment care initiatives.
• Train employees and support a diverse, multilingual workforce.
• Maintain accurate production and ERP system records.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
