Job summary

Oberto Snacks is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift Processing & Sausage Production Team in Kent, WA. This role drives safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability across the operation and reports to the Kent processing leadership.

You will oversee floor activities, coach teammates, ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP standards, and maintain ERP records while collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in food or meat manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Champion a Safety-First culture and enforce all safety procedures.
• Lead production activities from the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards.
• Manage production results, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory, and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement, sanitation, and equipment care initiatives.
• Train employees and support a diverse, multilingual workforce.
• Maintain accurate production and ERP system records.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
