Oberto Snacks Inc. in Kent, Washington, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the 1st Shift Processing and Sausage Production Team.

You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability on the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met while coaching a diverse crew. You’ll manage labor, downtime, and waste, maintain HACCP/GMP/SSOP compliance, and partner with maintenance, quality, and operations to resolve issues quickly.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in food/meat manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP)
• Experience managing labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational metrics

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our 1st Shift Processing & Sausage Production Team and help drive safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability across the operation.

Schedule: 1st Shift | Approximately 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Meat Processing
$ Salary : $82,000.00 - $86,00.00 annually subject to all required taxes and withholdings.

What You’ll Do

• Champion a Safety-First culture and enforce all safety procedures
• Lead production activities from the floor, ensuring schedules and goals are met
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food safety standards
• Manage production results, labor efficiency, downtime, inventory, and waste
• Drive continuous improvement, sanitation, and equipment care initiatives
• Train employees and support a diverse, multilingual workforce
• Maintain accurate production and ERP system records
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of production supervision experience in food or meat manufacturing
• Proven ability to build structure, accountability, and team performance
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and OSHA standards
• Experience managing labor, productivity, scheduling, and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, food science, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience is a plus
