Job summary

Magna is hiring for a Production Operator on the 1st shift in Lancaster, Ohio. The role runs 5 am to 3 pm with overtime and weekends as scheduled, offering a starting wage of $18.58 per hour. Attend the open interview in the front lobby on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m.

to 10:30 a.m. Magna Seating Columbus provides medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, plus 401(k) with company match. You will operate assembly machines, inspect parts, follow standard work, and report any quality issues.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses and safety footwear.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines involved in assembly of parts, inspecting and inserting pieces.
• Assemble components according to standardized work instructions.
• Report any damage or quality issues identified.
• Apply operator instruction sheets and safety standards during sub-assembly and assembly.
