Job summary

Magna Seating Columbus is hiring for a 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 1:00 am) assembly operator. You will operate assembly machines, inspect parts, and follow standard work instructions to ensure quality. OT and weekend work may be scheduled as needed.

Starting wage is $18.58 per hour with a $0.75 per hour shift premium, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines involved in assembling parts and inspect pieces.
• Assemble components per standardized work and quality specifications.
• Report any damage or quality issues and follow operator instructions.
