Magna Seating Lancaster is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3 pm – 1 am) with overtime and weekend work as scheduled. Starting wage is $18.58 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift premium.

• Operate various machines involved in assembly of parts by inspecting and inserting pieces, activating machines, unloading and inspecting assembled parts.
• Assemble components and parts in accordance with standardized work.
• Report any damage or quality issues resulting from damage.
• Apply operator instruction sheets, quality specifications, safety standards for sub-assembly and assembly of parts and components and inspection of parts as required.
