Magna Exteriors is hiring for a 2nd Shift Production Worker. The role involves performing detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products, rotating through production areas, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Starting pay is $17.25 per hour plus a $0.35 per hour premium, with shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, strong teamwork, and basic hand-tool skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous production experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Working knowledge of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through production areas to meet quality and timing requirements.
• Report to pre-shift meeting on time.
• Ensure safe working environment by following safety policies.
• Perform detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive products.
• Perform fitting or fastening operations following work instructions.
• Review quality alerts prior to shift.
• Report machine malfunctions and maintain equipment.
• Daily maintenance to keep plant clean and safe.
• Comply with company policies.
