Formación

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to identify problems and implement corrective actions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily production and overtime based on customer demands and plant needs.
• Maintain production boards and logs; monitor process charts and verifications.
• Provide direction and training to associates; enforce plant policies.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and quality systems; support overtime as needed.
