Qualifications

• Associate in good standing (3 and under attendance points).
• Good communication skills; written and verbal. Good organizational skills.
• Leadership experience – Ability to identify problems within the production environment and take corrective action
• Demonstrated ability to work overtime upon request A.M. or P.M. and weekends
• Molding experience
• Working knowledge with PC

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily production and daily overtime based on customer requirements and store conditions.
• Maintain production records, charts, and material usage logs; input daily production.
• Monitor standard work charts and set up verifications to ensure accuracy.
• Provide direction and training to other associates.
• Adhere to plant rules and company policies; lead by example.
• Position may require overtime (scheduled and unscheduled) to meet deadlines.
