I I Stanley Co., Inc. is seeking a Production Group Leader for the Battle Creek, MI facility. The role supports the Assembly BU - 078 RL Comp Sup, supervises the 1st shift, and drives daily production scheduling and overtime decisions based on customer needs.

The successful candidate will train associates, monitor standard work and quality systems, and ensure accurate documentation. Overtime may be required, with weekend work as needed.

Formación

• Associate in good standing with 3 and under attendance points.
• Experience leading groups in molding or production.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily production and overtime as required by customer needs.
• Provide direction and training to associates; supervise shift activities.
• Maintain production boards, log materials usage and quality records.
• Ensure adherence to plant rules, policies, and standard work procedures.
