Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to oversee production operations and staff at our Texas facility. The role emphasizes guiding employees, ensuring safety, and maintaining production targets daily within a non-climate controlled environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory experience, solid communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office to report production metrics and coordinate with site leadership.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proven mentoring and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of employees and equipment
• Accurately report production
• Conduct shift huddles daily
• Communicate issues related to safety, quality, maintenance, production
• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines
• Review production data and prepare reports
• Provide information regularly to site leadership regarding current operations and manpower status
• Performs other duties as assigned
