Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 3 years in manufacturing/operations OR an Associate’s degree with at least 5 years in manufacturing/operations
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience

Responsibilities

• Foster a safety-first environment and promote practices to prevent incidents.
• Oversee manpower allocation in your area, ensuring safety protocols and 5S+ standards.
• Address safety concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train, upgrade, and evaluate operators’ skills; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Maintain records of attendance, performance, and departmental activities; upkeep timecards for payroll
