Job summary

Paradigm Parachute & Defense, Inc. is seeking a First Shift Supervisor to oversee operations from 4:00am to 2:30pm in the Production department.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety, track hours, and enforce company policies while maintaining smooth workflow and opening procedures. Responsibilities include leading day shift staff, maintaining shift reports in the ERP system, coordinating with the Operations Manager, managing inventory, and ensuring tools and schedules are in place so

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills (Excel, Outlook).
• Able to follow lock up procedures.
• Bilingualis a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of day shift employees.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain shift reports and logs, submit weekly reports, track attendance and overtime, use ERP to verify hours.
• Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and report shortages; use ERP to draw materials.
• Team Coordination: Conduct shift briefings and handovers; ensure production runs smoothly and team has tools and schedule.
