Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED and 3+ years manufacturing experience
• Able to read, write, and complete detailed work instructions
• Basic mechanical/manufacturing understanding is required
• Proficient with data entry and basic computer skills (typing, printing)
• Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Lead, instruct, train, and coordinate with production team on assigned shift
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day production issues including staffing, materials, and equipment status
• Provide technical support and problem solving for shift employees
• Maintain and update production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale
• Run and review reports (e.g., due dates, inventory) to prioritize production activities
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned
