RRD Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a production associate for first shift. You will guide employees, audit processes, ensure safety and quality, and help meet production specifications.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year in manufacturing, strong computer skills, and solid organizational abilities. The role offers hourly pay from $18.05 to $25.77 plus overtime and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives.
• May provide oversight of junior staff and review/audit work for accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of technology including computers and software (MS Office, spreadsheets).
• Strong oral and written communication across departments.
• Good organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally more.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Ability to interact with internal/external customers and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide instruction and audit work processes to meet specs.
• Maintain relationships and direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, policies and procedures; report problems.
• Inspect products and/or shipments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Review and approve production samples or shipments as necessary.
• Assist management with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks.
• Attend production meetings and coordinate production activities with other departments.
• Coordinate or perform training for new employees, contract workers, and/or guests to ensure safety and quality.
