Sekisui Aerospace Corporation in Renton, WA is seeking a Laminator Team Lead to supervise and mentor a skilled production team on 1st shift (4:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday-Thursday). You’ll direct daily activities, assign work, and ensure product movement and dispatch coordination while promoting a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years supervision experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated technical work proficiency in the department assigned to.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to coach and develop team members.
• Ability to lead process improvements and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and scheduling to team members in their daily activities.
• Assign work, give directions, and monitor work progress.
• Handle product movement and dispatch coordination.
• Communicate needs and issues to supervisors and other departments.
• Train new employees and promote adherence to 5S and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain production flow.
