Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from approved APTA School.
• CPR Certification.
• Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Engages in population appropriate communication and provides clear treatment instructions to patients and families.
• Evaluates patient needs and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain.
• Implements treatment plans in collaboration with the care team and reassesses progress per policy.
• Maintains documentation timely and adheres to department policies and safety standards.
• Mentors students and participates in department activities to advance clinical knowledge.
