• Complete functional and comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment programs based on patient diagnosis, status and goals.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
• Engage in professional and population-appropriate communication.
• Adhere to hospital and department policies.
