Tegra Medical, a trusted contract manufacturer in the medical device sector, is seeking a 3rd shift Laser Operator - I in Franklin, MA. This full-time hourly role offers hands-on CNC laser operation, close-tolerance parts handling, and ongoing opportunities in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a small device manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to operate CNC laser processing machines and follow SOPs.
• Strong measurement and inspection skills using precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machines to meet specs and throughput.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and complete ERP transactions.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and setup per instructions.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections per plans.
• Record measurements and monitor for process trends and adjustments.
