Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Cary, IL is seeking a manufacturing operator to set up, run, and maintain equipment to produce paint and coating products in line with customer requirements.

You will operate high-speed dispersers, pumps, robotics, filling machines and other production equipment, load materials, monitor quality, and keep logs and records. This role offers a bonus program and comprehensive health benefits, with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Preferred Cary, IL site experience in Applicators or Fillers role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Keep equipment logs and report breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain production records and collaborate with other departments.
• Keep tools and work area clean and organized daily.
• Provide technical support and training to teammates.
• Contribute ideas to improve procedures.
