The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a manufacturing technician to set up, run, and maintain paint and coating production equipment on the 3rd shift in Illinois. You will work to meet customer requirements while keeping a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include operating heavy machinery, loading materials, monitoring quality, and maintaining logs. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and collaborate across teams for on-time production.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution is preferred.
• Willingness to operate heavy machinery and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint-making control systems and equipment to ensure production targets.
• Load and unload materials and finished goods.
• Maintain production records and logs; report equipment issues.
