Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead daily packaging operations at our Dallas facility. The role emphasizes safe, efficient use of labor and materials to meet production schedules while upholding GMP and sanitation standards.

You will supervise and develop a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with maintenance and leadership to optimize equipment and process performance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in food processing, packaging, or food safety environments.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred; strong PC literacy and MS Office skills often required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations to meet production schedules with safe, efficient use of labor and materials.
• Monitor SOPs and adjust processes to achieve targets and maintain quality, yield, and line efficiency.
• Supervise and develop team members while promoting a safe, productive work environment.
