Job summary

Stratas Foods in the United States is hiring a Production Supervisor for rotating shifts to oversee daily production operations in food manufacturing, ensuring safe practices, GMP compliance, and on-time delivery.

You will lead packaging lines, monitor quality, efficiency, and labor/material use, train staff, enforce SOPs, and collaborate with maintenance and leadership to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in food processing, packaging, or food safety environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook included) and general PC literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and effective use of labor, materials, and time in meeting production schedules.
• Monitor and control packaging processes by maintaining SOPs and implementing necessary adjustments to achieve production targets.
• Ensure delivery of required quality, output, yield, and line efficiency in alignment with customer and organizational expectations.
• Maintain accountability for manufacturing and shipping performance, including productivity, efficiency, and operational continuity.
• Train employees on proper safety practices, operating procedures, and compliance expectations.
