• Maintain SOPs, sanitation, and GMP standards while driving operational excellence.
• Provide strong team leadership, coaching, and back-up supervision as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety programs, and company policies; maintain high sanitation standards.
• Drive improvements, monitor efficiency, yield, and production rates; apply root cause analysis.
